Our Foundation

The ICF Kolkata Chapter is a volunteer-led community of professional coaches dedicated to advancing the coaching profession across Eastern India. As part of the global ICF network — the world's largest coaching community with over 58,000 members in 160+ countries — we align with ICF's mission, ethical standards, and core competencies while honouring what makes Kolkata's coaching community uniquely purposeful.

Our Core Values are not aspirational words on a page.
